Find Property
What type of property will best suit your needs? Narrow down properties by getting specific on the size you are looking for, what fits into your financial goals and the location you would like to be in.

Make A Deal
When you find "The Place", We will make an offer and if its accepted (or negotiated) then you'll want to obtain a home inspection. If you are obtaining financing, getting pre-approved & having a pre-approval letter before house hunting, can narrow your search and help make your offer more enticing.

Get Your Keys
After both parties agree to all the terms, contract obligations begin to be completed. These can include credit reports, property inspections & appraisals. When all contract obligations are met, you complete your final walk through and if everything looks great you have your closing date in which you sign the last bit of paperwork & take possession of your new property!

Pulling a Comparative Market Analysis to see what similar properties in the area have recently sold for. Also having quality realistic photos & video with a detailed description go a long way in attracting buyers.

Accepting an offer
There are multiple things to consider when accepting an offer: Form of payment, Inspection repairs expectations, Earnest Money amount, Concession requests, Contingencies and Proposed closing date.

Sold!
After the offer is accepted the buyer will go into a period of due diligence and completing contractual obligations like property inspections, property appraisal & get financing finalized. Once this process is complete, then you go to closing!
